If you love the new early morning hours at the Garden, we’ve got great news. Gertrude’s by Tarbell’s is now opening bright and early at 6 a.m., giving guests a chance to enjoy the Garden mornings with something delicious to start the day.
These new summer dining options, gives visitors several more ways to savor a visit with delicious food options and cool drinks and treats.

7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Botanical Brunch Bites
Our new brunch window brings a mix of fresh, local and Garden‑inspired favorites. A few standouts:

- Ricotta Toast — whipped ricotta, fig compote, toasted seeds, organic honey
- Breakfast Burrito — scrambled eggs, house‑cured bacon, cheddar, potatoes, salsa roja

10: 30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lunch & 4- 9 p.m. Dinner in the Garden
As the day continues, the menu shifts into heartier, desert‑inspired options like:
