Cactus Blooms in Arizona | Desert Botanical Garden

OPEN DAILY 8 A.M.|7 A.M. FOR MEMBERS WED. & SUN.

It’s that magical time of the year again — probably one of the Garden’s favorite.

Very soon the Garden will be an oasis of cactus blooms, including the yellow flowers of prickly pear cactus, the creamy-white flowers of saguaros and the showy pink flowers of pincushions.

From mid-February through mid-June, Garden guests will experience an abundance of blooms at the Garden. Throughout this time, several wildflowers and cactus are blooming. It’s always special seeing cactus blooms every year, but this year the experience will be unforgettable with the addition of Chihuly in the Desert. Guests will be immersed in the beauty of the Sonoran Desert while being blown away by Dale Chihuly’s large-scale masterpieces. To get you ready for the spring, take a sneak peek into the wonder that is spring in the Sonoran Desert.
