Sunset Yoga
Yoga is one of the oldest techniques that focuses on the body, mind and spirit connection to enhance health and well-being. You will be guided as you expand your consciousness and listen to the sounds of the Garden in the warmth of the last sun-lit hours of the afternoon, instructed by De La Sol Yoga. All levels welcome. This class is outdoors; please dress appropriately for the weather.
