Experience sound meditation at the Garden in a peaceful sunset setting. Let the soothing melodies of singing bowls and gongs transport you to a state of pure relaxation and meditation. Participants can be seated or lying down for the entirety of the class. After class, enjoy a sunset stroll in the Garden. Don’t forget to bring a mat. Garden admission included with class purchase.
