Gertrude’s by Tarbell’s is now opening bright and early at 6 a.m., giving guests a chance to enjoy the Garden mornings with something delicious to start the day.

Dog Days of Summer

Beat the heat with your four-legged friend. Early mornings are made for wagging tails and cool trails, and the Garden opens its paths for pups and their people to explore the desert together.

Father's Day at the Garden

Explore glowing desert trails, enjoy hands-on activity stations, sip local craft beers and create a heartfelt card for dad’s and father-figures.
Dinner at the Garden

As the sun dips, the menu shifts into heartier, desert‑inspired options. Gertrude’s by Tarbell’s offers a fresh food experience by James Beard-nominated chef Mark Tarbell.
Cactus Cantina
Daily, 5 – 9:30 p.m.
Ready for a chill escape? Swing by the new Cactus Cantina at the SRP Visitor Center and treat yourself to frozen cocktails, refreshing mocktails or an ice‑cold beer. Come grab a drink to sip while you stroll through the Garden.
