This week, Desert Botanical Garden has taken a break to process, reflect and listen regarding the current climate within our country. The future of our community and country depends on taking a stand against social injustice and racism. The Garden hears and acknowledges you and is joining in solidarity with our employees, visitors and community to show support for justice and peace.
The Garden strives to uphold our values of inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility and speak out against acts of violence and racism.
As an organization, we will continue to become more inclusive, equitable, diverse and accessible. We will continue to work toward reflecting the diversity of the community. We will continue to provide diversity and inclusion training for our staff, volunteers and board. Lastly, we will continue to provide great service and experiences to every visitor of the Garden because our visitors deserve it.
