Desert Botanical Garden offers clients a list of preferred vendors to assist with their event planning. Vendors on this list have provided quality service previously at Garden events. With the exception of catering and beverage service, clients may choose a vendor that is not listed on this list. The preferred vendor list is provided for convenience and at the Garden’s recommendation.
There is no cost to be included, but the Garden requests that preferred vendors keep us in mind when making client referrals. The Garden expects vendors to have an active presence and to remain current on Garden happenings. The Garden reserves the right to remove vendors from the list at any time. The Garden limits the number of vendors listed in each category.
The Garden reviews and updates the preferred vendor list annually. Please complete the entire application below; the Garden takes all parts of the application into account when making selections for the list. All received applications will be kept on file for the next review period.
