“Beautiful venue, of course, and nice weather for walking around and eating and drinking. I think the combination of having so much space, with stands so spread out, and the comparatively limited number of people admitted added up to something of a rarity for events like this – a situation where there was almost never a wait of more than a few minutes to get something to eat.” ~ Colman Andrews, 2019 Devour Culinary Classic Judge, Eight-time James Beard Award-winning food writer and editor and co-founder of Saveur magazine.
