Wellness Wednesdays: Sunset Sound Meditation

(Indoors) Let the soothing melodies of singing bowls and gongs transport you to a state of pure relaxation and meditation. Participants can be seated or lying down for the entirety of the class. After class, enjoy a sunset stroll in the Garden and experience Summer Garden After Dark, where the desert shines brighter, the trails glow with color. Wander through the Garden’s 12 vibrant light displays and discover the desert at night.
