Begin your morning connecting with nature during this memorable Sunrise Yoga session, led by Metta Yoga. Together, in a Sonoran Desert oasis, breathe, stretch and embrace the cooler morning air whilst enjoying Garden views. This is an all-levels class. Weather permitting, classes are held in a shaded outdoor pavilion. Enjoy a morning stroll in the Garden before or after class.

Wake up with the sun and wind down with the stars. The Garden is excited to launch a new Wellness Pass with access to 34 sunrise yoga and sunset sound meditation classes. Save big with a Wellness Pass that is valid from June through September.
