Start your day slowly with gentle yoga in the Garden led by Metta Yoga. Try to go slow through this traditional vinyasa flow class, focused on basic postures and sun salutations. You will be surprised how moving slowly with awareness can be quite soothing and relaxing.
This is an all-levels class. Please bring a mat. Extra mats are available if needed. Weather permitting, classes are held outdoors; please dress for the weather. Garden admission included.
