Fund the Farm is a festive party with a purpose, featuring a hosted bar, tequila tastings, field fresh hors d’oeuvres and lively music staged in Desert Botanical Garden’s beautiful outdoor setting. Ticket sales and sponsorship will provide essential infrastructure for Spaces of Opportunity, including shade structures and cool storage. You can purchase tickets to this event here.
About Spaces of Opportunity
Spaces of Opportunity is an incubator farm, community garden and farmer’s market that is transforming a food desert to a food oasis. Located on 18 acres in south Phoenix, Spaces of Opportunity is engineering a comprehensive, neighborhood food system where gardeners, farmers and farm workers are celebrated as artisans. The Harvest / Nuestra Cosecha Farmers Market and community supported agriculture (CSA) subscription is a cooperative dedicated to growing without chemicals, mentoring of farmers and marketing healthy produce to local residents.
