Community Ofrenda Exhibit
Sunset Plaza
Ofrenda, or offering, is a central element in Dia de Muertos. This year’s community ofrenda exhibit takes inspiration from the Monarch butterfly. Believed by many to signify the souls of the dead returning home, Monarchs grace this open-air altar and intertwine with hand-crafted pieces created by Mexican artisans. Visitors are invited to place memories and wishes for loved ones on the ofrenda.
