SUSTAINABILITY & IMPACT
FRAMERATE: Desert Pulse is an artwork underpinned by sustainable values. ScanLAB Projects and Desert Botanical Garden have rigorously considered and documented the impacts of making and exhibiting this work at all stages of its production and exhibition.
To date, the Scanning Phase and much of the Artwork Creation is now complete, and we can make confident estimates for the impact of the upcoming Installation and Exhibition Phases. Our prediction for the Total Project Emissions is currently 140.64 tCO2e.
The ‘Making Desert Pulse’ installation will talk about this monitoring, the wider implications and the mitigation we have implemented throughout the project.
Through our efforts to reduce and mitigate emissions, FRAMERATE: Desert Pulse will be certified Carbon Neutral.
