Start your day connecting with nature during this memorable Sunrise Yoga session, led by Metta Yoga. Together, in a Sonoran desert oasis, breathe, stretch and embrace the beauty of a desert morning whilst enjoying the Garden views. This is an all-levels class. Classes are held in an outdoor pavilion; please dress for the weather. Don’t forget to bring your own mat.
