Desert Botanical Garden’s 85th Anniversary Celebration

Celebrate Desert Botanical Garden’s 85th anniversary Feb. 10-12 with special festivities, reduced admission rates, a commemorative discount on Garden memberships and so much more!

Feb. 10 | 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. 
Enjoy complimentary cactus cookies, hands-on nature play activities, musical performances, behind-the-scenes tours and more. Plus, pups can join the pawty from 8-11 a.m. and receive a Garden designed bandana.

Feb. 10-12
On Feb. 10-12, purchase a $85 Friends and Family Garden membership. The membership is valid for one year and can be purchased for yourself or as a gift. Offer valid in-person only and for new memberships. Not valid on renewals.

Feb. 12 | All Day 
Join us for our official anniversary and enjoy $8.50 admission to explore the Garden’s trails and current exhibit Fernando Botero: El Maestro.

Desert Botanical Garden Partners with SanTan Spirits to Launch Commemorative 85th Anniversary Private Label Gin Collection

Desert Botanical Garden is launching a private label gin collection in partnership with SanTan Spirits to commemorate the Garden’s 85th anniversary.

The gin collection titled Gertrude’s Founders Gin are exclusively available at the Garden in two options. The first label is the Citrus Rose Gin: Juniper & Botanicals, a blend of nine botanicals, including rosebuds, grapefruit and lavender finished with hibiscus flowers. The other label is London Dry Gin: Navy Strength, a blend of 12 botanicals, including juniper, grains of paradise, white pepper and Arizona orange peel.

The gins will be sold exclusively at the Garden starting Feb. 10. Gertrude’s Restaurant at the Garden will feature two specialty cocktails with the gin as well. The bottles are sold for $39.85 while supplies last and proceeds from each sale benefit the Garden and support Garden’s mission.

November 2024 | Plants and People of the Sonoran Desert Celebration.

December 2024 | Celebrate Las Noches de las Luminarias with a new holiday light experience.

January 2025 | Celebrate a new year with a commitment to conservation.
