The safety of members, guests, staff and volunteers is the Garden’s primary concern. In keeping with CDC guidelines and current measures in the community, the Garden is limiting capacity and providing a touchless Admissions experience.

Last entry is at 7 p.m., and the Garden closes at 8 p.m.
The Garden Shop & Patio Cafe will be open during these hours.
For the safety of all guests and staff, a limited number of visitors will be admitted every 30 minutes. Visits must be scheduled ahead of time by making a reservation here or by calling 480.941.1225. Please bring your confirmation number and e-ticket located in your email. Please have your e-ticket on your phone or printed paper tickets ready for scanning.
No walk-up purchases will be permitted.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, you will be admitted only if capacity allows.
What Will Remain Closed?
For added safety, the Garden has removed all tactile experiences, including Cocoon, Cactus Clubhouse, Ottosen Gallery and docent-led tours. Select trails and Gertrude’s Restaurant will also remain closed.

- The Garden has implemented a one-way entry and exit route, which is designed to promote social distancing guidelines.
- You are required to maintain a physical distance of 6 feet from visitors not in your party at all times.
- Several touchless water bottle fillers will be available.
- Please remember to be sun safe—bring a hat, water and sunscreen.
- Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the Garden.
- Face coverings are required for guests 6 years and older.
- Garden staff will be wearing face coverings.
How can I reserve a ticket?
Will scooters be available to rent?
Yes. Scooters can be reserved for $35.95 and $30.95 (members.) Reservations are complimentary to members at the Cholla level and above. Please contact the Call Center at 480.941.1225 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily to make a reservation. Wheelchairs and electric scooters will be sanitized after each use.
Are the restrooms going to be available?
Limited restrooms are available. Please wait patiently at the markings in place near each restroom if they are at capacity. You may take your children in with you.
Will drinking fountains be available?
Two touchless bottle refill stations will be available. Please bring your own water. We do have vending machines available to purchase water.
Will the Garden Shop, Gertrude’s Restaurant and Patio Café be open?
The Garden Shop and Patio Café will also reopen June 16. Gertrude’s will reopen later this summer.
Will Community Day Still Occur in July?
We will reintroduce community day in August. Advance reservations will be required.
Will a Culture or VIP pass still be honored?
Yes. You will need to call the Call Center in advance to reserve tickets to gain entry. The Call Center can be reached at 480.941.1225 daily 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. You will be required to submit your VIP Pass or Culture Pass at Admissions upon entry.
Will a Chase Private Client still be honored?
Yes. Please call the Call Center at 480.941.1225 daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in advance to reserve tickets.
You will be required to show your digital Chase Private Client Arts & Culture card at Admissions upon entry.
I am photographer and would like to schedule a photo shoot, is that possible?
We are not accepting photo shoots at this time due to limited spacing with social distancing guidelines on the Garden trails. For media requests, please contact our Marketing team at email@example.com.
Am I able to use Member Guest Passes?
Yes. If you are bringing guests and would like to use your Member Guest Passes, please contact the Membership Helpline in advance of your visit at 480.941.3517 to make a reservation.
My Member Guest Passes expired while you were closed. Can I still use them?
Yes. The Garden will honor your expired Member Guest Passes. Reservations are still required. Please contact the Membership Helpline at 480.941.3517.
How many people can I bring to the Garden using my membership?
You may make reservations for the same number of people your membership covers. If you are bringing additional guests not covered by your membership, you may use Member Guest Passes or receive a 20% Member discount on guest admission tickets.
Please be patient and maintain a 6-foot distance from other individuals outside of your party.
Due to limits on the number of guests at any one time, early arrivals will not be granted admission before their scheduled time. If you do arrive early, please wait in the air-conditioned comfort and safety of your vehicle.
