Minimum $500 Donation
These plaques honor family members, friends, and colleagues by bearing the names of those being remembered. Each plaque can be personalized with your choice of wording to memorialize a loved one. Create a personalized message of up to three lines, with a maximum of 55 characters per line, including spaces.
