TIME: 5:30-8:30 p.m.
PRICE: Included in Membership or General Admission

Admission to this experience includes full access to FRAMERATE: Desert Pulse and Garden: After Dark.

Flashlight Nights: Spring Edition invites you to discover the Sonoran Desert after dark. Bring a flashlight and explore the Garden at night as friendly volunteers guide you through fun, hands-on activity stations that reveal the beauty and mystery of the desert once the sun sets.

Begin your evening with glow-in-the-dark chalk art and nature journaling. Then head to Sunset Plaza for “Dinner and a Show,” where you can enjoy food trucks along with a short film or a visit to the Arizona Science Center’s Mobile Planetarium Dome. As you wander the Garden, meet nocturnal animals with experts from Liberty Wildlife and Phoenix Herpetological Sanctuary, learn fascinating cactus facts and experience the sights and sounds of the desert at night. Plus, try a sample of some mesquite flour. Look through a telescope at the full moon and enjoy Desert Pulse with s’mores and sample mesquite flour.
