Gertrude’s Chef Series: Hands-On Cooking

Learn how to make a Gertrude’s Restaurant meal at home with Gertrude’s chef Jason Lessing. In this hands-on cooking class, learn how to cook a special dish from the current menu: Garlic-honey salmon with mango risotto. Enjoy a tasting and take home a recipe card. This class will be held indoors in the Garden’s teaching kitchen. Garden admission included with class purchase.
