With its cherry-red stalks and bright green leaves, one could not imagine a prettier plant! Considering the beauty of this vegetable, traditionally used only for medical purposes, we truly believe that rhubarb's place is on the table. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties and nutritional profile, rhubarb is considered a super food, and in this class, we will provide you some great ways to incorporate it in your diet—and none of them requires the use of strawberries.
