Remember: Garden members receive a 10% discount on items ordered from the Shopping area. Not a member? Membership expired? Select Membership or Patron and include your membership or renewal with your order.

The 10% member discount will be deducted from your Shopping area order (excluding shipping) when membership status is verified. Please be sure the Billing' name matches the name on your membership card to avoid delays.

Shipping
Items ordered are generally shipped in 5 - 7 business days.

Special Event Ticket(s) ARE NOT SHIPPED. Please pick up your tickets at the Garden Box Office WILL CALL window on or before the day of the event. Desert Botanical Garden will ship ticket orders from most events including Las Noches de las Luminarias, Music in the Garden, Jazz in the Garden, Corks & Cactus, and Agave on the Rocks.  Ship by first class US Mail is $7.  Shipping by FedEx is $17.

Shipments are via UPS ground or US mail to locations within the continental United States only. The Garden Shop will select the most appropriate shipping method. Items cannot be sent to a P.O. box.

Shipping/handling charges
Shipping and handling fees applicable to items ordered from our ‘Shopping’ site are described below. Any charges for items ordered elsewhere on this site are described along with the specific item.

Shipping and handling fees are based upon the total dollar value of items purchased from ‘Shopping’ and shipped to a single address. Items with special handling are excluded from this calculation (see below). Some items will be shipped at a cost lower than the fees stated below.

Gift Certificates are sent by U.S. mail at no cost.

Retail merchandise return policy
If you are not pleased with your purchase we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price. Return the item to us within 30 days with your original receipt enclosed. You will be credited in the same tender as your original purchase. We ask that returned products be in new condition with original packaging and materials included.
