The Desert Botanical Garden is proud to present sculpture by Manolo Valdés. This exhibition features monumental and life-size bronzes placed throughout the Garden, as well as works in the Garden’s Ottosen Gallery. The show will be open February - May 14, 2006.

Considered one of Spain’s foremost living contemporary artists, Valdés has exhibited widely in the United States and abroad. The Desert Botanical Garden will be the first West Coast venue for Valdés, and the first U.S. exhibition of this body of work, with the exception of the La Dama, which was exhibited on Park Avenue in 2002. Manolo Valdés is represented exclusively by Marlborough Gallery, New York.
