A new Valleywide program that opens the world of museums and cultural attractions to a wider audience launched in April to great fanfare. The Culture Pass, which unites 13 arts and cultural organizations and 30 Greater Phoenix area public libraries, provides library card holders the opportunity to “check out” a limited number of free passes for four to the Valley’s top entertainment and educational destinations including museums, cultural centers and historical sites.
