To ensure an enjoyable visitor experience, the Desert Botanical Garden is introducing timed admission based on three separate time periods during the day. Controlling Garden entry in this manner is designed to ensure a comfortable number of guests in the Garden, adequate parking and a quality viewing experience for everyone.

Advanced reservation or purchase is required for both members and non-members. Limited walk-up admissions may be available. Since Chihuly: The Nature of Glass will be displayed throughout the Garden, there will be no general admission without reservations for the duration of the exhibition. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE on admissions purchased.

Hours: 8 a.m.-8 p.m. with three timed entry sessions
8 a.m.-noon / noon-4 p.m. / 4 p.m.-8 p.m.

Members
Members enjoy free Garden admission based on their level of membership. Members will need to make reservations for themselves and their guests online or by phone at 480-481-8188, ticket sales only. Your membership card is personalized with your name and unique membership ID. The card is non-transferable and should remain in your possession. Please note your membership card and photo ID are required to gain complimentary admission into the Garden.

Members-Only Help Line
We have created a new Membership Help Line, 480-941-3517. This phone is staffed seven days per week, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. to assist you in making reservations or to answer your questions. If you prefer, email jwilson@dbg.org.  When emailing, please include the following information: member ID, first & last name, address.  If you are a new member and haven’t received your member ID yet, please let us know the date you joined as a member and how you joined (e.g. at the Garden, on the website, via mail).  Emails received after 4 p.m. will be responded to the following day between the hours of 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Member Guest Passes
Some memberships comes with guest passes. Any visitor presenting a guest pass will be able to make a reservation to view Chihuly: The Nature of Glass by visiting the Garden's Member VIP check-in window. Guest passes must be redeemed in person and cannot be converted to a reservation through the Garden's Web site or ticket helpline. Members may purchase additional tickets at the discount price of $12. The Garden will do its best to accommodate member guests presenting guest passes and accompanying members with reservations; however, space may be not be available without advance reservations.
