Give your family and friends healthy gifts without spending a fortune. Learn how to make memorable, mouthwatering gifts from readily available whole food ingredients. Chef Rachel Albert will demonstrate delicious recipes and tips for making, wrapping, decorating, packing, freezing and shipping your homemade treasures. Come hungry as you will be tasting samples of everything in the menu! The recipes that will be demonstrated are wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and mostly vegetarian.
