Description

Learn how to be more creative with the vegetables that can be easily grown in the low desert. Chef Rachel Albert will share recipes and tips for summer salads, frittatas, sautés, stir-fries, an easy quiche-like dish, sauces and more. This class will demonstrate grain-free, gluten-free, mostly dairy-free, low-sugar recipes.
